- Life skills training (financial management, career development) and weekly objective setting/reviews ("Self-supporting life skills and duties" - Reintegration Program).
- Collaborations with employers and educational institutions for work/study placements ("Working re-integration" and "Educational dynamics" - Reintegration Program).
- Family therapy to mend fractured relationships ("Family treatment Programme").
2. Comprehensive Addiction Support: Behavioral & Substance Abuse
Eden Halfway House specializes in treating both behavioral addictions (e.g., gambling) and substance abuse (drugs, alcohol). For cases requiring specialized intervention (e.g., severe mental health issues), the facility works hand in hand with psychiatrists and partner institutions to ensure clients receive appropriate referrals.
3. Multidisciplinary Assessment & Referral System
Clients undergo thorough assessments by a team of NACADA-certified counselors, psychologists, and external psychiatrists to tailor individualized treatment plans. If needs exceed the facility’s scope, clients are seamlessly referred to specialized care providers within the Eden House Group network (e.g., Eden Diani for Executive rehab) or trusted external partners. (Eden house also works with clients from different facilities apart from those in Eden group)
4. Holistic, Multidisciplinary Care Model Services include:
- Psychoeducation sessions and individual counseling (Residential Program).
- Art therapy, meditation, and yoga for emotional healing.
5. Long-Term Support Networks
Post-treatment, clients access 12-step fellowships, monthly excursions, and Eden Halfway House’s non-residential programs to sustain recovery. This aligns with the facility’s mission to ensure lifelong stability through "long-term support structures"

1. Professionally Certified by Kenyan Regulatory Bodies
Eden Halfway House employs nurses registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, psychologists accredited by the Kenya counsellors and Psychologists Association (KCPA), and addictions counselors certified by NACADA (National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse).
